At La Tierruca Homes we have designed in detail each of the private Homes with garden and pool in a quiet and stress-relieving environment on the banks of the Saja River to that you enjoy first-hand a unique rural environment such as Barcenaciones, with all kinds of comforts and services.

At LA TIERRUCA HOMES we offer luxury bungalows with private garden and pool. All our homes offer hot-cold air conditioning, whirlpool bathtub, wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, smart TV, coffee maker and much more.

All our clients will be able to enjoy private parking and electric charger for electric cars, free Wi-Fi, private pool, welcome basket with local products and breakfast,

LA TIERRUCA HOMES is located 25 minutes from the port of Santander and 27 km from the center of Santander. Picos de Europa is 1 hour away, and the closest airport is Santander, located 25 minutes away.

Throughout the stay I will be personally available for any questions, suggestions or problems that may arise through the Airbnb chat or through the email enabled on the La Tierruca Homes website.

Lovely place to stay in a quiet corner of the village. Not the most private bathroom in the world with frosted glass walls and door but we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

El alojamiento está impecable, y además, mezcla la naturaleza con lo moderno. La zona es muy tranquila y hay rutas para hacer andando y está cerca de la costa y de Santillana del Mar. Además, todos los muebles y estancias del apartamento eran perfectas

A pesar de ser un alojamiento que acaba de abrir, nuestra estancia en La Tierruca Homes ha superado nuestras espectativas.
Los bungalows y el jardín privado con las hamacas hace que te sientas en un pequeño oasis en un pueblo precioso, y la piscina es todo un puntazo volveremos seguro!

Buscábamos un sitio tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza pero cerca de los puntos claves de Cantabria y lo encontramos, 100 % recomendado. Por otro lado, gracias a las recomendaciones de Jesús hemos podido conocer mucho mejor la zona y descubrir sitios impresionantes.
