GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL RESERVATION CONTRACT OF THE EXTRAHOTEL APARTMENT
1. CONFIRMATION
-This document represents confirmation of the rental reservation of housing for tourist use for the period, amount and occupants specified above.
2. OCCUPANTS
The client may only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment.
3. ENTRY
-The entry time to the house is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the first day of the stay. The meeting place is at the location provided by La Tierruca Homes and access instructions will be provided a few days before arrival.
4. PAYMENT
-At the time of entry, payment must have been made for all of the rental amounts pending collection as well as any contracted supplements (pet, etc.).
5. MODIFICATIONS
-We reserve the right to change the contracted apartment for one with similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure such as occupation or damage that occurs after the reservation date. These changes will have no cost to the client.
6. WARRANTY
-In the event that damage is detected in the apartment, furniture or equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris, the cost involved in restoring the conditions of the apartment upon entry will be budgeted and claimed from the client once checked out.
7. PET REGULATIONS
- -In case of contracting the pet supplement, you must comply with the pet regulations for the duration of the stay, being such regulations:
- One pet (dogs only) maximum per bungalow with a small or mini size and maximum weight of 10 kgs.
- Supplement of 40€/pet per reservation.
- The animal must respect the belongings and equipment of both the Home and the private garden and common areas being the responsibility of the owner any kind of damage or stains that could cause the animal. The animal must not climb on the bed or sofa at any time.
- The animal must be leashed and controlled in the common areas of the premises and it is forbidden for pets to use the swimming pool area.
- The physiological needs of pets must be performed outside the hotel premises. Each owner must be responsible for the collection of excrement.
- The rest and well-being of the rest of the guests staying in the other annexed Homes must be respected to the maximum, avoiding disturbing them with the pets at all times, both physically and in terms of noise or barking.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the pet alone both in the Home and in the private garden of the clients.
- The clients will be provided with blankets to place on the sofa and on the bed, in order to prevent the dog from staining by surprise, reminding the clients that it is expressly forbidden for the pet to climb on the bed or on the sofa.
8. POOL REGULATIONS
The pool will be available all year round (this period could vary due to different maintenance, consult us when booking).
The hours of use of the pool are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The pool and beach area will be for the exclusive use of our clients, and use by third parties not registered in the complex is prohibited.
- The pool complies with the regulations of not requiring a lifeguard, so children must be controlled at all times by their guardians, avoiding leaving them alone in the pool area and under the responsibility of the guardians-familiars in charge.
- Read the safety instructions found on the signs inside the pool area. There is a lifesaving float for use in case of emergency.
- As a security measure, it is recommended to keep closed the private garden door that gives access to the pool.
- It is mandatory to shower before bathing. Not allowed food, running or diving in the pool area.
- Pets will not be allowed in the pool area.
9. CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION
-The compensation that will be applied to the reservation deposit made will be as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
- Non-refundable reservation 30 days before check-in
