You must leave the bungalow before 11am on the day of your departure. Check with us if a late check-out is possible.

The wood-burning fireplace can only be lit, exclusively in the winter months, for the rooms used by the Homes between December 1 and March 31 of each year. For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to turn it on.

It is not allowed to organize parties in the Homes. You will be free to enjoy your Home and your private garden outside as you wish, as long as you do not disturb your next-door neighbors. Your rest, tranquility and enjoyment is also a right to respect. Access to the complex is not allowed to people other than the reservation made.

Your Home will be prepared and ready to enter from 3:00 p.m. Ask us your arrival time so that you have everything prepared.

The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The pool is for public use and only for registered guests in the bungalow complex. Carefully read the REGULATIONS on the use of the POOL that appear on our website and the information signs located in the pool area, especially regarding safety and minors.

Yes, we have a large parking lot for our guests, as well as 2 parking spaces for electric vehicles.

Before your arrival, we will send you a code so that you can access the complex parking lot with your vehicle. The keypad is outside, next to the sliding car access door.

Yes, we have free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay.

We only admit Toy or Small size dogs as pets, weighing between 3 and 9 kg (puppies are not allowed). Ask us and we will tell you about our rules regarding pets in the Homes and in the complex. The rest of all our guests is our priority.
